Finding oil and gas in Kamchatka

What is the prospect of finding oil and gas in Kamchatka? IMHO, one word "pretty good" based on KNOC find in 2007. That is, if PKP could get the rigs resolved and start drilling. Historically, there is oil and gas in Kamchatka and the surrounding area.
