PGA.V - Extremely Tight Float

Pacgen Biopharmaceuticals has seen its SP surge 300% in the past week with the sellers bieng very tight with their shares.  Stock watch has issued a Sedar early warning report for PGA last week, so look out for a Big NR in the very near future.  Something big in the works maybe?!
