TD on the buy today,most likely speculation that news may be close.The price of oil, trading up at $97/bbl today, is starting to have a positive effect on the junior oils.PKP is still trading at a 40% discount to book value.

Bids are start to stack up and the ask side is thinning out.Looks like we may possibly see some action today or next week.
