Im sure they must have really needed the cash and thought this through because otherwise it just looks like a really poor and naive management decision. It doesn't take a genius to realize that this $1.1M in cash raised could very well end up halving the market cap near term (from .30 to .15) and souring some short sighted investors.
If weakness continues I'll add some to my cores and average down. Probably a long shot but....Do you have any idea how many of these 7.5M warrants was originally issued to insiders?
I'm certainly not looking to cash in anytime soon regardless but honestly I don't imagine the sp really gets re-rated until the company confirms they're moving toward tolling at plant capacity and the market processes the revenue potential. My hope is within 6 months they've generated enough revenue to invest the $5M to double capacity. Tolling and optimized APL legacy should be able to generate plenty of capital for the SCM scale up and commercial opportunities.
