Q3 finishes Jan 31 and they want results out well before 60 days (deadline)
Speculations?

We are limited on releasing news as to when our partners have news in conjunction with us." - Was this from a recent discussion you had with Steve? I'm wondering if they've gone back to LaFarge to seek buy-in assistance on the pilot plant. Funding the bulk of this capex with costly debt appears to be an ongoing dark cloud weighing on the sp.

Really nice to see some insider buys although based on the timing they appear to have been opportunistically defending the sp from a rather motivated seller. Insiders are trying to hold that .10 support line and so far on a closing basis they are successful.
