Below is a post from a OPH bb member. He stumbled accross it a year ago, when he noticed activity on a shell, coming to life and started picking up stock..
do some dd on it..im betting sure winner big time, compelling, heavy insider buying recently

You might call this research. But, bear in mind, I
don't have a B.Comm from Harvard, or anything like
that. I just came through the "school of hard knocks"!
Here's my synopsis: Early in Feburary '06, I looked
through a list of "inactive shells" on the TSX Venture,
trying to spot some that had been reverse split, financials
up-to-date, and appeared ready to do some business this
year. OPH had both health care and online comparison
shopping assets, so "it could go either way" I thought.
1)I noticed a news release of "private placement" issued
on Nov. 1/05 $800,000 at $.05cts (shares + warrants.)
Somebody is financing something. Market reacts, sharply
rising to close at $.05cts on Feb. 1/06 when PP closes.
Then, it spiked up to $.8cts. So, I started accumulating
a bit.
2) Feb. 17: News release of (shares for debt) at $.05cts.

rising to close at $.15cts on Feb. 17/06.
3) Feb. 17/06 the company issues news to the effect that
a deal has been struck to get rid of 3 existing Director(s)
of OPH. (Now, a picture is taking shape: someone wants on
the board and it is those who bought into the PP and
converted the debt to equity, not sure yet what the plan
is being "eyed" for development/financing, but the financial
aspects are showing positive signs - so, I keep on accumulating)
4) Mar. 15/06 the stock is $.14cts, and the company announces entering the contact lense market of $3.57billion on it's www.healthpricer.com web site
5) Mar. 30/06 just a few days later we see the "framework
on the picture". OPH signs deal with Wal Mart to and other
large e-tailers to link it's site to there site. Now, we
know OPH is going into the health/supplement business full
on. They have now signed some big names and have some
marketing power behind them.
6) Apr. 12/06 Announce the closing of another PP @.10cts in
which David Lyall acquires additional shares, as well as other
insiders of the company. They also announce the new beginning of
the beta launch well ahead of schedule. This will bring in quicker
sales/revenues for the company.
7) Apr. 21/06 Mark Ledsome "EX-MICROSOFT EXECUTIVE APPOINTED TO CHAIRMAN OF OPH ADVISORY BOARD" Clearly these guys are trying to
make a very bold statement and are now wanting to be taken
very seriously in the industry of comparison shopping.
7) Yet, to this date, no serious volume on the stock. No
significant buyer(s). While the stock stays in a range of $.105 to $.12cts or so. ...What gives?...obviously accumulation by those in the know continuing to support the stock and buy all they can.
If anyone has any tidbits that they have researched, please post.
