Plus we are being effected positively by the results by companies around us so the SP is totally justified right now considering the situation. Perhaps if we were where we are now, one year ago, this current SP would not be justified. Your chances of success are also greatly increased when you have 3 properties with excellent potential, instead of just putting all our hopes into one.
So what do you expect? The drills will tell the story. Just hoping for the best and I don't see anything wrong with where we are right now.
