Junior exploration companies always hit snags along the way, weather problems, local political issues, logistical problems gaining full access to the properties. It sounds like Bedard is doing his best he can to iron things out. If you don't like a bumpy ride, stick to bank stocks and GICs.
If you don't like losing 80% of your investment, don't invest all you money at the top and do proper due diligence. Previous information on the company's web-site and on Sedar gave hints to the fact that the company would have to win over the locals. Yesterdays press release should not have been a total surprise.
