You're a witness to NOTHING, except your OPINION, because you have NO evidence of any fraud or other wrong-doing. If you did, we'd never be hearing the end of it.
But, as it is, you have NOTHING, so your opinion is NOTHING.
BY the way, MY OPINION is PLE is sitting on top of the mega-load. But, I won't be so cavalier to tell people I know that for sure, because I don't - the drilling will tell the truth and won't lie, like you.
