Why is it that we don't have that problem here on Stockhouse? Beachman, Lucky, and others have turned "breaking the ice" into an "art." Of course, the problem they have is the unfettered LIES they have been telling for which they will be paying a price one day.
For example, Beachman just announced over the last few days that PLE will be going out of business because of the artisan strike, not to mention that PLE has conducted no EIA study on the Malin plant. This is so stupid it's almost funny - so really those allegations in and of themselves would not be legally actionable. For all you newbies, just do a search of Beachman's postings and you will find plenty of other examples of outright lies and slanderous statements.
But, as far as being shy about posting anything, we obviously have no problem with that.
