Well, blockhead, that's another easy question to answer.
As a seasoned businessman, I happen to know how difficult it is to get things done in third-world, socialist countries. I have learned to expect ANYthing and EVERYthing.
If you had the same experience as I, you would be impressed with Guy's work.
But, you don't, so you aren't.
You couldn't arrange a trip to the bathroom in Peru, much less drill a hole.
