Sounds like a lot of the stuff these lounge lizards around here are spewing. The word, "tool", comes to mind, amongst many others.

MR. ZERO once said a company that brings such a suit hurts itself more than anything. I respectfully disagree - $425,000 could buy a lot of exploration costs. AND, there is more than one idiot around here who could be forced to pay.
