Yes, despite the fact that drilling has been blocked by third-world, socialist governments for 4-5 years. Would you expect Guy to just give up and stop talking up his company which has record samples? How many years you been out of college? Did you go? Have you been involved with a company where the CEO has the personality of a mushroom and refuses to do the marketing? I have, and it was worse than PLE will ever be. The samples in Ecuador didn't become meaningless because Guy Bedard seeded them or for any other reason attributable to him - they became meaningless because of the Ecuadoran government. And don't forget - fixing the situation will be high on the priority list of the Ecuadoran government when they get their act together. In the meantime, even though the property has been written off for accounting purposes (overly conservative), I don't expect management has written it off for business purposes.
