GUY OUTSHINES BASHERS .....Beachman et al told us the Malin Plant was a big lie, a farce, a stunt to distract us from Guy's alleged scam to simply keep us occupied while he pulls down a huge salary.
Un-Lucky (and Beachman) told us an EIA would delay Malin for years.
Today's news indicates their years of carping about nonsense was the real SCAM. Truth is they are LIARS and know NOTHING about what has been going on.
It's obvious to any "right-thinking" person that Guy has had his hands tied by VARIOUS forces related to this project.
LAST WEEK we learned that the Peruvian courts have placed their seal of approval on PLE's cancellation of the contract with Uchacha (QUESTION: Since when does one have to actually go to court to cancel a contract? This is what it's like in Peru, people.)
THIS WEEK, all of a sudden, we learn that the Malin Plant has been completed and they're commencing with the test runs and other procedures needed to crank the operation up. We now have a company that will be providing its own cash for exploration. Can any other company say that? Yes, we've experienced dillution - but, thanks to the Malin Plant and Guy's forsight to make that investment, that chapter should be finished now.
COULD IT BE that this is the beginning of the NATURAL PROGRESSION of things to come?
Seems like the following would be a likely scenario:
1. PLE and another company sign a joint venture contract, which is "approved" by the courts (has this proceeding already been filed in court?).
2. The accord is granted.
3. Lima Exchange approval is granted.
4. Drilling permits are granted.
