Calling somebody a "tool" is not nice, is slanderous, and most certainly not becoming of a CEO. Do you think that would help him get a job with another company? I think I'd appologize and take it back - fast.
I think you need to focus on the facts, and then let people make judgments about this company or Guy on their own.
