RE: RE: GOVERNMENT DOES IT AGAIN .....Bubba

RE: RE: GOVERNMENT DOES IT AGAIN .....BubbaFeldman is a pretty bright guy .  I have looked at his decisions and his bio.

But, his injunction will last days only.

It will last until the defendants get an order from the Fifth Circuit or the Fifth Circuit overrules the district court.

And I will bet you money on that.  Deep water drilling will be stopped, and should be.

Yes, deep-water drilling SHOULD be stopped, until they find out EXACTLY what happened. And I don't mean that environmentalist panel our idiot President appointed either - they've only got one engineer on that panel, and he only knows "optics" ???

The rest should continue drilling.

And there's a LOAD of them - companies for whom Louisianans work, by the way.

But not the deep water projects.  NONE of them.  For the time being.
Deep water drillers will be shown to be as unprepared as Brit Petrol is/was/remains.

We'll see what the court-proven facts show us. I'm as interested as you.

Now be rational Bubba. This is bigger than politics.

Then why did our President decided not to accept the help of countries whop came to our aid? Why has he not suspended the Jones Act? Why was there a delay for a "study" for berms? Why did he stop skimming activities by barges the other day to "check for life preservers"? This President is more tone-deaf than Tony Hayward ever was.

This is a runaway well in deep water.

No $hit, Sherlock.

Spend time finding ways to get Brit Petrol to quit hiring out of state folks to do what Louisiana unemployed could do.

No, let's stop the leak first. That's the problem, we're more worried about political problems than solving the real problem.

If you are connected (?) in Louisiana, in any way , I respectfully suggest you get focussed on real important today kinds of  problems.

I'd say a leak like the one we have out there is a "today" problem. Wouldn't you?

Oh, while you are at it,  maybe help find General McChrystal a job, along with some of his nearest staffers.  All of whom shot off their mouth to a reporter and are now under-employed.

I hope he told that idiot President to get his act together in terms he can understand, like "let's go on to the next hole" or "the second half oughta be better."
