You can be "conservative" and consider PLE as just another Junior if you wish.
Or, better yet, you can answer the same boiler-room ad that Beachman/Lucky answered, and spend your time sucking up to some slave-driving, arse-the-shape-of-his-seat, cigarette-smoking, pig-vomit-smelling boss, and start your bashing career by doing 30-minute Wikipedia research projects to try to convince others you know something.
As for me, I think I'll put my seatbelt on and wait for blast-off.
