PLAYFAIR MINING ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Playfair Mining Ltd. is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of 10 million common shares at 15 cents per share for gross proceeds of $1.5-million. The proceeds will be used for exploration on the RKV project in south-central Norway and for general working capital purposes. Finders' fees may be paid in connection with the private placement.
Completion of the private placement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to resale restrictions under applicable securities legislation and the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange.
