PLAYFAIR MINING CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Playfair Mining Ltd. has closed the non-brokered private placement announced on May 18, 2022. The company has issued 10.7 million common shares at 7.5 cents per share for gross proceeds of $802,500. All securities issued are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance. The proceeds will be used for exploration on the RKV project in south-central Norway and for general working capital purposes.
