RE:PM to be purchased for $12.50 per share
Good news! But I think that's not enough... Last year, some analysts had done a target price above the proposed purchase price.

Is it possible that the personal reason of the financial officer resignation was "I disagree with this transaction"? Shareholders merits more transparency about this type of announcements. I'm also surprise with termination fees that are very expensive... approximately 45¢/share! Is it normal?

At 20 times future net earnings, I see a good purchase price at 15$.  The company has a great potential for the future. I really hope a new competitor proposal. Without new proposal, a high risk that shareholders vote against the proposition. I look forward to reading the prospectus!
