If the stock is just a flip then so are the warrants. However if the shares were oversold on some undervalued blip based on some misguided reaction and now the shares are once again going to represent forward looking NAV then lets remember the warrants have a conversion price above a dollar and dont expire for 4 years. That means when they were issued management believed the shares were worth well
