RE:submersible

RE:submersibleUS navy detected noise from what may have been the implosion of Titan, and debris field is located 1600ft from Totanic, so was it during decent that it imploded and mothhership lost contact? the Timestamp of the noise that Navy detected will tell the tale. Yes very sad tale, but maybe regulations will now be enforced on certification where public or paying passengers will be allowed on experimental submersibles. This could have been prevented.
