"The final conclusion about who is responsible for the land fluctuations occurred in Zharrez area will be provided by an international expert. The Working Group headed by the Deputy PM, Mr. Niko Peleshi, will hold a meeting to decide on the progress of this case. Official sources said for TV Klan that the audit of the whole process will be left to the independent international experts. Their report will affect in the decision making: whether a final evacuation of the residents from the area will be made, or the right to develop operations in this area by the company, which now is under the Chinese ownership, will be revoked. According to the latest data, the land fluctuations in Zharrez area continue, although their intensity has been declined from the time when the residents entered on hunger strike. Bankers has already suspended water injection into the wells in this area. The residents of Zharrez accused the concessionary for the land fluctuations which have damaged their houses, while the Company stated that these fluctuations are natural seismic activity."
