David Speck

David SpeckDavid Speck is identified as the executive vice president of PNS. A quick Google search reveals he is also a consultant (and former vice president corporate development) for Polar Star Mining. Polar Star has been very active, and successful, in Chile over the last couple of years; their chart is a roller coaster. Web site is similar in format to Pinestar's.
