Serial EntrapanuresI believe there is a deal on the table... and they are now forced to review. They clearly ignored the Quest "reach out" in the past. They may regrettably reconsider due to the future cost of business development. Signing big clients is expensive and future financing will dilute heavily. An "unsolicited PR" buy out offer may change their position. We all know to take our points when we can. They know this too. The question is... will Slyce sell out too soon. The founders are serial entrepreneurs and will have another start up after this one. If I was them.. I would "share" future. Either way I am looking to sell at .85 or higher. Just my opinion.
