The stock is shut down for 2 days.
That recent announcement link someone posted is hilarious!
"Quest Ventures CEO James Beals announced today that they will be suspending their investment sighting lack of transparency and irregularity in marketing practices that have come to light as a result of the most recent due diligence efforts and acts involving moral turpitude. For the terms of our investment agreement Mr Beals will assume the role of none executive chairman, Mr Beals will be announcing and electing an interim CEO without delay. Quest ventures will be seeking an opinion containing a going concern qualification from an independent accounting firm. But it gets even better! The live help on the Red Peach site gives a phone number which leads to Resultz Cosmetics located in "Etobicoke, ON"
So these people that probably do not even exist, who somehow post about a Red Peach Gift site, then chose to go to their own crazy site which may or may not exist and write about how Mr Beals is assuming the role of "None Executive" and looking for an auditor to give them a going concern qualification.
What complete and utter nonsense!
Either the exchange or the company has to clarify this nuttiness. How can anyone purchase stock here if someone can randomly shut trading down for days?
