RE:PP financing in lieu of prospectus financing
The good news is that less warrants will be issued which will dilute shares significantly less then with the prospectus offer..

Also the broker will not be taking a huge commission, so more money in the companies pockets. I'm sure the "lead investor" had a say in that one.
