RE:RE:RE:PP financing in lieu of prospectus financing
correct me if I'm wrong but all excerised warrants will only equal to 35 Million shares. if there are 70,000,000 common shares and 1/2 warrant for each that would be 35,000,000 full warrants which equal to 35,000,000 common shares if excerised. Therefore 105,000,000 shares in total for the private placement is all warrants are excercised. 

Could have been much worse if they kept the prospectus financing and repriced it.
