At least it's done. This, ladies and gentlemen, is what pure and utter desperation looks like. They went to the market asking for 9-13 million at 20 cents and got 7 million at 10 cents. They got less than the low end of what they were looking for and they had to give away something like half the company to do it.
Let's be very clear, this does not happen to a company that it well managed.
The good news is the new investor will have a board seat so there is a chance the culture at the company will change. HOPEFULLY, we there will be further changes to management. Start with Cam Chell. That huckster is bad for the company.
Can't wait to read the earnings at the end of the month so we can see what kind of progress has been made.
