This is likely typical insider sales by Mr. Chell and his company, "BIG" Business Instincts Group, much like what they are doing with Vogogo. There are a core group of common insiders in both companies. Apparently, neither as or will generate any revenue and the money made by the insiders is by stock sales to new investors and on the market.
