This isn't exactly Slyce news but...

One of Cam Chell's other companies (VGO) is down 24% today after reporting earnings. They burn almost a million a month, have high executive compensation, and very little revenue. Two directors just left the company. They existed by asking the private markets for more and more money. Since they can't get any more money from investors and they don't have a business that is even close to break even the stock is collapsing. 

Sound familiar?
