Some good points for sure . I mentioned that no one uses this tech previously. I was curious what you think of the James Beals matter (the crazy buyout offer) and also the fact that some people here were trying to show an Australian company was investing in Slyce but in fact it is a hong kong based company with no real info available except that the same company at the same address owns a house on Sanibel Island? When I researched the Beals matter it was unbelievable the things I found out.

Something is odd here, cant pinpoint it but my thoughts on the company are that it should shed its visual search business for retail and focus on the snip snap app which is used by millions and is profitable (or so I read). There is no way they will sign enough business to turn that around as you have stated.
