RE:RE:RE:Chapter 11 If they file for chapter 11, major investors have more to loose than we do. Not I mention the management  members who own a lot of the shares would loose everything too. Shares which chell sold are just a drop in the bucket. 
it would make more sense to put more money into it and cash in once the revenues reach cash flow positive and keep their shares intact than to start from scratch. 

I hope they are not that dumb.
