RE:RE:Chapter 11 I tried to warn you in my prior posts back when this thing was triple where it is now.
In my opinion they did not have enough cash nor could raise enough cash to turn this boat around and did the exact opposite move of what I would have done.
They should have jettisoned this visual search stuff which is a flash in the pan and no one uses. Who amoungst your friends takes pictures of people crossing the street in shoes they like so they know where to buy them?
They should have focused on their marginally profitable couponing app and built that out. In tough times for people coupons are a killer app and it was already making money without much emphasis. They could have been much smaller , profitable, sold off the visual tech and turned this ship around. Just my opinion.
