Been very negative on Slyce for a long time while others were pushing this story. However now things get interesting. Anzu raised 60 million and is making a bunch of tech investments. Many years ago these type funds came in then later went public on spin off for good dollars. Slyce owns a percentage of Anzu shares but that company is for now private.
I was curious when I stopped in here because of the 8 million shares on the bid (did you guys see that?)
Also does anyone know if after this aquisition Slyce's debt is gone?
On the roll-up , 1-20 should put this between 10-20 cents. Usually there is some sort of sell down from there which might provide an opportunity.
Any thoughts?
