This is hugh .... No wonder why they are raising so much PP to support all these highly visible projects.

that's what I say can you imagine how much effort it needs to include the whole product range of such a huge retailer correctly formatted and attributed into their data base. That's where they create the value: transforming investment capital into a powerful database. And then they collect the customer data related to this: app downloads with the new visual search feature, searches ...more

ANOTHER GOOD NR. NOW FOR THE SP TO SINK.

Yup it's hard to buy in when your investment will be shrunk by the .22 cent warrants for the next 5 years.
Comment by Leafs4Life on Dec 08, 2015 2:07pm
That's IF they can find buyers for the deal. With the stock at 0.165 (on heavy volume) who wants to buy shares at 20 cents?  The warrants are an attractive incentive.  We will see if they are attractive enough.   I hope they can get this deal closed soon because the quarterly report will come out at the end of the month and it shapes up to be ugly.

Wrong again. Venture stocks have 120 days to file audited annual financials. That is the end of February for Slyce. I asked them if they would pre-announce some numbers like other companies do and they said probably not.......

The question is will they produce quarterly revenues of 1 mil + next financial statement. It's a tough one to call.
Comment by StyllLerning on Dec 08, 2015 3:44pm
I don't think it's that tough to call. The next quarterly will cover revenue earned until the end of October. Using decimals to illustrate contracts earned partway through the quarter, they should receive revenue for 5.7 contracts at an average of $120K/contract (seems high but it is based on previous financials) we should see Q4 revenues come in at around $684 000. No way they will be ...more

With these great NR's int he last few months, the so is ridiculous. Now we are 1/2 a cent from 52 week low. WTF...

Hmm what is so great about these sign ups? How are they going to make money with just a few sign ups? They should be signing up 5 contracts per day for this to ever make sense. esp with their burn rate. Sell
