Obtained A position

With hope I was fortunate to obtain a position at $0.09 with 16,000 shares. Are there any new key dates that are coming up for SLC.

Thanks

Keys for SLC #1. Report Q1 Earnings at the end of March. Need to see the burn rate around or below 600k per month and hopefully increased revenue over Q4.  Also, important to see how much cash they have / had at the end of the quarter. They were down to 2.1 million at year end and burning 1.8 million a quarter.  They were given a loan by an investor (in the neighbourhood of 3.5 million ...more

If someone would have listended tothe call carefully (correct me if I didnt), you might have heard that: - Crem (CFO of Slyce) says that the burn rate per month is already 600k in Q4/2015, adjusted with the non recurring cost. So this and further cost reduction should lead to at least this 600k in Q1 2016 Maybe there are new one-offs in Q1 like the financing cost. - Crem also is saying that ...more

I would take these guys words with a grain of salt.  They have told us they expect the financing to close about 5 times now. At least 3 times in official press releases from the company. None of it has come to pass. The other problem is that it cost more to bring a customer onboard than they realize in revenue up front. In fact, until Q4 (when running out of cash became a real possibility ...more

They must be bringing in some serious cash with $239 month...

This is the cost structure, but you are comparing apples to oranges. https://www.visenze.com/pricing

They ar charging up $5000 per month plus additional fees if search exceeds the limits set.   Plus, you are comparing a company in Asia where people make $20 per month (guess) and labour is cheap.  Comparing apples lets to oranges, I agree. Visual search but different tech all together.

Charging $5000 for enterprise customers and those seem to be small enterprises. Check out the customer list. Never heard of any of them...... https://www.visenze.com/featured-customers

Yes, but that goes both ways. I do appreciate people expanding knowledge of other ideas and getting a better understanding of this market. The expansion of all these different types of visual search companies, just validates slyces technology and how much further along we are.

You're clearly not an investor in Slyce as I would never invest money in a company, that I thought was not as good as another. I think it is clear you found a company you feel is better, but I continue to feel that Slyce is far superior. Also all companies have competitor's, but as far as i can see, Slyce is well ahead of the game.

$10,000 is a basic start and they grow the buisness by implementing other features, which a couple of the current clients have done. Exactly what are you trying to prove and get out of this? Clearly you have one motive and it isn't working, sorry bud. If you dont like the company than dont invest. Plain and simple. I'm not trying to bad talk Visenze, but the fact it took them over 3 years ...more

The clients Slyce has signed are multi-year contracts. There was even talk about SLC doing customer-based financing which I took to mean that a large client like Home Depot would pay in advance a full year of monthly payments in exchange for a small discount.....
