The remainder of the Private Placement of up to $7 million is expected to close over the course of the next 30 days.


If that is still true it should be closed today...

they didn't close PP today   1.) The company is in a decent cash position. 2.) The Lead investor remains committed to the company and investing in it and will continue to do so within the regulator requirements of remaining under 20% of the company and/or getting shareholder approval to go above 20%. 3.) Management and close shareholders are investing more. 4.) Moral is high ...more
