why is SLC so beat up since the takeover offer? Was it a legitimate offer? Thanks in advance. Seems like this company is poised. IMHO

I agree with you and I'm thinking of adding to my position .it's so cheap and could easily double in price or more.

I think the company was overcharged with costs and almost didn't get the financing. The former President & CEO (Elfenbein) was not a shareholder. If it delivers with new contracts and credible projections in terms of financial stability, I guess double is the least it can do. THIS WEEK 2Q16 RESULTS. Important to listen Ted Mann.
