can't remember if that's a Bob Dylan song. Wasn't it last year there was an unsolicited takeover bid at 75 cents? Whatever happened to that?

Some of the comments at the time were something like..."Noooooooo... this company is worth waaaay much more than that. Don't sell out the company.... PLEEEEEASE DON'T!!!!"

It was a BOGUS bid, initiated by some duplicitious folks to hoodwink legalimate investors, giving them false hope. Obviously it served its purpose since it appears that it sucked in more unwary investors.
