They raised 50 million dollars. Hell, they raised like 8 million at 40 cents on the way down. The shares retail investors hold is nothing compared to the institutional investors. The bankers don't want to admit that they were duped. It's not their money. 

If you want to get some retribution you have to call IIROC. Or email them. The trades to investigate are pretty obvious.  Cameron Chell's direct sale of 4,500,000 shares to an undisclosed buyer for 2.2 cents on October 21. Or the crazy fake takeout bid. Both are fishy as hell. Especially when one considers Chell's criminal background. He has to have money in the Caymans. No way he "only" had 4.5 million shares. He sold the majority on the way up through a proxy offshore, that's the way these guys operate. 

Just email them. If enough people do, they will be forced to get off their asses. They don't want to investigate anyone. Unlike us, they are lazy.

It's a given that the institutions own the bulk of the shares, but I believe that they are facing a two edge sword. They might not want to admit their errors, but I don't believe that they'd "cut their noses, to spite their faces". Making a error when not knowing better can occur, but making one when they do; that would be very foolish. Besides we. as retail investors ...more
