First of all it is a private company which usually does not provide press releases.
Second. I found the CEO of Crosstrails Engineering
He is actually connected to me in 3rd degree and has over 500 connections:

But of couse question would be why they did not engage with a better company. But please keep in mind they have lots of their own money in the fire, so why should they make a bad move here?
