Guess what? Both of these licenses are with Cantone entities. Both are NON-trsnaferable.

Both have the 1st $1M due on commencement of construction. I don't think that either of them will ever commence construction under these license agreements.

Your all grasping at straws. How long does it take the transfer agent to untender your shares and then sell? Or can you all sell right away? I assume the long positions are gone from your accounts.
You have to get the shares back from Kingsway before you can sell them.
