yes but that should only be done when they have strong backers in place more key American ones not saying the backers that are there now are not important they are they are keeping this going. Bottom line way better to do that and when raising money you do so at higher prices less dilution keeping the share value up. I personally want this on the main exchanges but only when it has enough behind it not only to get there but to do so and keep growing. I see as high as a 20 to 1 depending on where things are at but at least a 10 to 1 I fully agree. The problem right now is people think the stock will fail because of the amount of outstanding and need for huge capital infusions but the company is actually in a decent position however they need to draw more domestic interest and backing foreign ones will not get this to where it needs to be while there are rightly protectionist policies in place. Like I said the US should be the primary beneficiaries to any future oil production fair is fair.
