Viston to close deal today / Waives CFIUS requirement????
Looks like that Viston will close the deal today at 74 cents Canadian.
I believe that their lawyers told Viston to waive the requirement for CFIUS approval as the vast majority of the applications filed are all approved. There was 1 rejection in 47 years.
I believe that Viston has tallied up all of the tendered shares and it must be over 90% so no need to wait any longer.
PP to Anthony Cantone will be cancelled by Viston as they will pay the fine themselves.
Also prevents shareholder meeting from voting on anything they do not agree with and, helps in their search for a CEO only themselves getting a vote.

Sure hope you're right! Makes sense so they can get on with monetizing the technology while the market is hot.

Is management trying to screw up this deal or are they really just that stupid.lol oh well i guess i should of just sold my shares as soon as it started trading again.
