99.9% tendered share are still there without withdrawal.

It shows 99.9 % tendered shares holders believe it is going through. yes it has taken some time. but normally how long for nomal takeover to get finish line? 6 months to one year. Please check all other takeover time.

remember this is over $600m takeover, not small cap. it will take another $500m to develope the property. That is over $1B
