Looks like Viston will close the buyout on September 9th

The latest news release is PROOF that the Viston strategy going forward is to license the PQE IP to oil companies around the world in exchange for a license fee of $ 6 million per year + royalty payment of 5% of net producing value.

PQE will become a CASH COW for Viston and they are really buying out the company for breadcrumbs.

Proof that this deal comes from Viston is that the new CEO has been found and NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BY VISTON.

I expect hundreds of such licenses from Viston going forward as each country in Europe and Middle East has realized that you better be energy independent with clean energy.

Congratulations to Everyone,

The buyout will close.    SEC issues will be resolved in the CFIUS approval too, so 2 for 1.

There are 30 countries around the world that have potential oil sand production.  Multiply this by 6 mil, 1 mil a year, and 5% royalty. Where was this guy this time last year?

I'd say he was sitting on the sidelines patiently waiting for PQE to sort out their issues with the exchanges and for a change in management. Viston sure did him a big favor, assuming there's no connection there....
