Viston to license PQE IP to oil companies around the world
I am certain that NetOil deal was brought to PQE by Viston. It is the first of perhaps hundreds of oil deals.
The funds will go into PQE and, this money will be used to build their plant to process 10,000 barrels of oil per day.
So business model is twofold:
(a) License $ 6 million per year + 5% royalty * hundreds of oil companies around the world
+
(b) Building a plant to process 10,000 barrels of oil per day with funds received from license + royalty.
I think that PQE will cancel their PP as they will get funds from NetOil.
If Viston plays their cards right, they are sitting on a trillion dollar market for the PQE IP.
