STRATEGIC METALS LTD. ANNOUNCES DISPOSITION OF SECURITIES OF PRECIPITATE GOLD CORP.

Strategic Metals Ltd. has disposed of ownership of and control over 2.14 million common shares of Precipitate Gold Corp. over the period from May 7, 2020, to July 8, 2020, by way of ordinary market transactions through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Immediately prior to the disposition of these shares, Strategic had ownership of and control over 22,892,827 common shares of Precipitate, representing 21.64% of the common shares of Precipitate then issued and outstanding. Following the disposition of these shares, Strategic currently has ownership of and control over 20,752,827 shares of Precipitate, representing 19.62% of the common shares of Precipitate currently issued and outstanding.

The securities of Precipitate disclosed herein are held by Strategic for investment purposes. Strategic may increase or decrease its ownership of securities of Precipitate in the future, depending upon market conditions. There are no persons acting jointly or in concert with Strategic with respect to its security holdings in Precipitate, nor has it entered into any agreements with respect to its security holdings in Precipitate with any other person or persons.

Penny scalpers also thrive in the Stockhouse world . Make no mistake we have no issue with day traders . They contribute to a liquid market . BTW , to the hater yvs whatever . Just one example for u hater . We had a call on Stockhouse several years back IPT @ 13 cents . It ran to $ 1 . 13 in 1 month . I can give u 50 examples , all documented and published on Stockhouse so take a leap of faith . Another very important point . We will always trim our position once we r up 100 % plus , in the case of PRG , most likely at the 40 - 50 cent range . Which would put u in the 9 - 10 bagger range . But only one third to a half . And we will let u know b4 we do so . Nuthin braggadocious bout us , r reward being ur wins . Thats why we share . Nothin to sell , nothing to gain by u makin money ! First of all, I am not a hater or an Infestor.I am not a day trader, I have been investing in both PRG and GQC on the junior side for a period of time, 2 years and 4 plus respectively. I have made money on both and continue to hold. I have seen the good times and bad, have bought and sold a few times with both names.
