Traders and the bots see the charts. In particular the one I am interested in is the quarterly candlestick chart. You can see it better over a two year time frame.

3 quarters ago the stock touched the upper bollinger band of the quarterly chart at 10 cents.

The monthly chart shows that the 9, 18 and 27 month moving averages are all between 5 and 6 cents.

At the moment prsn is trading above these averages.

Those are all good signs, but that can change with one bad quarter.
